At Icebreaker chalets we have many years of experience creating exciting menus. We have created a menu to guide our professional chefs but we encourage all our chefs to bring their own experience and ideas to the table. From plated meals to sharing platters we want Icebreaker Chalet chefs to present something modern, exciting and delicious for all our guests.
A good breakfast is essential for every skier hitting the slopes early in the morning We offer both continental and cooked breakfasts. You will be offered a selection of hot options but a full english is always on offer for those who desire it. Croissants, Porridge, Cereals, Jams and fresh French Baguettes are on offer every morning along with a selection of Yogurts and fruit.
When you return from the days skiing you will be greeted by beautifully decorated cakes and homemade biscuits. Plus plenty of bread, jam and butter to get you through until diner. Coffee and tea is always set up and ready to go.
Our Icebreaker chefs will be preparing a selection of canapés to be served each evening at 7pm followed by starters at 7.30pm. During the booking process we will discuss menus and any dietary requirements with you and will tailor the weeks menu to suit your needs. All our produce is sourced locally and is of the highest quality
Our Icebreaker chefs will be preparing scrumptious deserts to fill any remaining gaps your may have. Topped off with a selection of local cheeses, fruit and crackers served with port. After diner coffee is served in the lounge areas.
In Icebreaker Chalets you have unlimited beer on offer every day from 5pm along with our house wines. Our wines have been selected by the directors of Icebreaker Chalets after several tasting sessions with our wine suppliers Le Verre Gourmand. We have two house wines that are on offer from 5pm and also we have three wines we serve along side our house wines with dinner.
