The deposit of £150 per person has now been split into two payments of £75 per person.  One payment on booking and the other in July.  This will give us time to see how the vaccine rollout is going.

The final payment for your holiday will be due 6 weeks before you travel.   This payment will not be taken if there is any chance of a future lockdown.

If before you pay the final payment there looks like there will be COVID related closures we will refund the deposit you have paid.

If after you have paid the final payment there is a sudden change and COVID related closures we will offer to defer all funds paid to a holiday during the next Winter season.

It must be noted that Icebreaker Chalets is not an insurance company and as such the pressure of offering refunds and deferrals comes at a cost to us as a business.   The setting up and running of a Chalet Business comes with unrecoverable initial costs each season in terms of rent, insurance, staff, VAT and many more costs.  It is for this reason that after the final payments have been made and we commit to provide your holiday the only option is a deferral of funds to the following year at a loss to us.

As a guest with Icebreaker Chalets you will not forfeit  any of the funds you have paid.
