SKI PASS SALES
Icebreaker Chalets offers a pre booking sales service to facilitate your smooth arrival in resort and to get you out on the slopes as soon as possible. Here are a few points regarding the sale of ski passes
- Icebreaker Chalets offers this service to avoid guests having to wait in the very busy ski pass sales office on arrival
- Passes are sold at the same prices and with the same offers as sold direct from the lift pass office
- Refunds or part refunds of ski passes are not offered. This includes resort closures due to bad weather, technical failures or none use of days on the ski pass following an accident.
- Insurance for all part or full refunds as mentioned above must be taken out by the guests to cover any of these costs
- CARRE NEIGE Ski recovery insurance is not possible to pre book anymore and this will need adding to any ski passes purchased on arrival in resort .
- SKi passes are charged the week before you arrive and at this stage are non refundable if not used. Again insurance must be taken out to cover any issues you may have that leads to non usage of pressed ski passes .
- Icebreaker Chalets does allow large groups to settle ski passes in resort. But once ordered the ski passes cannot be refunded and must be paid for even if they are not going to be used due to problems with travel to resort etc.
